Terms and Conditions for Using Electronic Cash Vouchers 

• A minimum spend of 1,500 baht per transaction is required to use this coupon (excluding alcoholic beverages) 

• This cash discount voucher can be used to pay for accommodation, food at participating Centara Hotels & Resorts across Thailand (please contact the hotel in advance to confirm participation). 

• The cash discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 

• To use the cash discount voucher, you must present the correct code to the hotel staff before each use. 

• The cash discount voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes. 

• The cash discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. 

• The cash discount voucher can be used for payments at participating outlets, limited to one code per receipt. For amounts exceeding the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference directly at the hotel. 

• The cash discount voucher is valid according to the expiration date stated on the voucher. Please check the expiration date and use the voucher within the specified period. 

• Please make a reservation at least 7 days in advance of your stay or F&B recommend customers to make reservations at least 1 day before visiting date. 

• Customers must present the voucher before using the service, as it is only valid for redemption between 14:00 and 17:00 (only Afternoon Tea) 

• Using the cash discount voucher during weekends, long holidays, or festive periods may incur additional costs or surcharges, which must be paid directly at the hotel as per each hotel’s policy. 

• Cancellations or changes to bookings made with the cash discount voucher must be in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. 

• Vouchers used for cancelled bookings can be used again within the validity period of the voucher. 

• The hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the voucher without prior notice. 

• Please present the voucher or proof of purchase to the staff before receiving services. 

• The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of the cash discount voucher. 

• Using this cash discount voucher constitutes acceptance and compliance with all the terms and conditions specified.
